Purchased items online can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date in any of the GURU stores in Egypt or online. Find your nearest store using our STORE LOCATOR (refer to store locator page). All exchanges are possible as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any. Learn more about our product Condition guidelines below.
Please make sure to present the electronic receipt at the cash desk in case of in-store exchanges. Note that you can always make a return and place a new order. For more information on how to return your unwanted item online, we kindly invite you to continue reading our Return policy.
We offer online and in-store returns for all purchases made on guruonline.store. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Find your nearest store using our STORE LOCATOR (refer to store locator page).
In case of an online return, we kindly invite you to fill the Return form by clicking here (redirect to electronic return form). After sending your return request, the delivery company will contact you to schedule a pickup date.
Please make sure to include the electronic receipt. All returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any. Learn more about our product Condition guidelines below.
If you try to return an item after the allowed time frame, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover delivery costs.
Note that in the case of a defective item, we invite you to visit your nearest GURU store within 30 days from the date of purchase so that the item can go through the quality control process.
All exchanges and returns are subject to approval. Items are carefully inspected by our team. Returned items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, including their original box and tags, if any.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or washed, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover delivery costs.
Once your package has reached our facility and the return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued. You will receive an email or message confirming your refund. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your bank account.
