EXCHANGES

Purchased items online can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date in any of the GURU stores in Egypt. Find your nearest store using our STORE LOCATOR.  All exchanges are possible as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any. Please make sure to present the electronic receipt at the cash desk in case of in-store exchanges. Note that you can always make a return and place a new order. For more information on how to return your unwanted item online, we kindly invite you to continue reading our Return policy.

RETURNS

We only offer in-store returns for all purchases made on guruonline.store.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Find your nearest store using our STORE LOCATOR.

Please make sure to include the electronic receipt. All returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any. Learn more about our product Condition guidelines below.

Note that in the case of a defective item, we invite you to visit your nearest GURU store within 30 days from the date of purchase so that the item can go through the quality control process.

In case of instant return with the deliver courier upon delivery, note that the shipping fee will be charged on the customer.

CONDITIONS

All exchanges and returns are subject to approval. Items are carefully inspected by our team. Returned items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, including their original box and tags, if any.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or washed, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover delivery costs.

REFUND

Refunds can be done in cash or credit card. Note that it can take up to 14 days to be reflected yon your bank account in case of credit card refund.
