Exchanges

Purchased items online can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date at any GURU store in Egypt, as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any.

For Camper and Springfield products, exchanges can also be made at any Camper or Springfield store in Cairo.

Returns

We offer in-store returns for purchases made on guruonline.store within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to approval after inspection.

For Camper and Springfield products, returns can also be made at any Camper or Springfield store in Cairo.

Conditions

Returned items should be in the exact same condition as when received. Damaged, worn, or washed items may not be accepted.

Refund

Once your package reaches our facility and the return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
