Exchanges

Purchased items online can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date in any GURU store in Egypt or online, as long as the item is returned in its original condition, including the box and tags, if any.

Returns

We offer online and in-store returns for purchases made on guruonline.store within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to approval after inspection.

Conditions

Returned items should be in the exact same condition as when received. Damaged, worn, or washed items may not be accepted.

Refund

Once your package reaches our facility and the return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your bank account.
